Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the role of supply chain management in enhancing the quality of services provided in the Tawafa Organizations in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The study population represented the workers in the raft establishments.

The study sample was chosen by a simple random method, and their number was (138) employees.

The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between supply chain management and enhancing the quality of the services provided.

It was found that the independent variables affecting the quality of services provided are: "supply and storage".

The study recommended the raft institutions to pay attention to the field of transportation, as well as to pay attention to the quality of the services provided.
