The research aims to shed light on the nature of the distribution of students of the College of Basic Education in Diyala Governorate among its administrative units and whether their distribution corresponds to the nature of the population distribution of the districts of the province in terms of numerical, relative and environmental distribution, as well as their age and gender composition, and the nature of the connection of that student distribution to the distance traveled between the administrative units and the location of the college And the amount of the cost, based on a questionnaire distributed to the students, where the research problem came.

What is the distributional picture of students of the College of Basic Education and the extent of the impact of this site on the residents of the administrative units through the distance Plumbed and expressed at cost.

As for the hypothesis of the research, there is a discrepancy between the units of the governorate according to the distance and cost as well as the population size.

The importance of the research lies in that it dealt with the location of the College of Basic Education and the nature of its impact on the population of Diyala Governorate, especially the segment of students according to distance and cost, and to give a picture of this difference within one governorate .
