Abstract EN

The legal system of negotiations imposes on the negotiating parties obligations that must be adhered to and fulfilled before concluding the contract, in application of the principle of good faith in the preliminary stage prior to the contract, to protect legitimate confidence in transactions with the aim of achieving the purpose of the negotiations, which is to reach the stage of concluding the final contract, a contract based on consent The parties, or reaching the conviction of the futility of the contract and leaving the negotiations with the least effort and financial cost, and this is what avoids disputes that may occur after the conclusion of the contract on the pretext that one of the parties lacks insight into the contract, or claim compensation for cutting the negotiation before achieving its purpose.
