The researcher sees the necessity of explaining the teacher’s preparation and professional formation according to Imam Al-Nawawi by referring to his books and identifying his educational views in his time.

Many teachers, even if they hold high academic titles, but in their work and educational functions they need to refer to the Islamic educational heritage, the Imam spoke Al-Nawawi narrated some of the blunders that many teachers, professors or sheikhs fall into, and we quote paragraphs from his words.

We see of them sulking and frowning, striking and violent, insulting and envious of his students and students! How many complaints received from parents to officials in the Ministry of Education against these educators far from us.

The teacher must teach and discipline his students for the good of the nation and Islam.

Imam al-Nawawi says, “The teacher must aim for God’s sake with his teaching for the above, and not make it a means to a worldly goal, so the teacher should bring to his mind the fact that teaching is one of the acts of worship, so that this will prompt him to correct his intention, and motivate him to protect him from his troubles and dislikes, for fear that he will This is the great merit and the great good.” On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said.

The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “He who learns knowledge by which he seeks the pleasure of God Almighty does not learn it except in order to achieve a purpose in this world, he will not find the custom of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection…”.

The development of nations is closely related to the quality of their educational system, and this is due to its serious and effective contribution to preparing members of society to assume the responsibilities entrusted to them.

For this reason, these nations seek to renew and develop their infrastructure that provides the necessary service to prepare individuals, and we mean educational institutions here.

The strongest in any educational process, the latter cannot reap any success what is prepared from all aspects: knowledge, education, and skill...

This is through subjecting it to various training programs, and with the contribution of the modern knowledge revolution witnessed in the field of education.

We are witnessing recently a multiplicity of global trends in the preparation and training of teachers and the diversity of their programmes, for this purpose and in this context, we will seek through this research to highlight teacher preparation and professional training according to Al-Nawawi and the most important educational trends for preparing teachers.
