Abstract EN

It is clear that in 1968 the political governmental intervention bagan in all the parts of the formal institutions of Iraq.

This could be attributed to the fact that the new authority aimed to firm its fundamental principles of state basing on the one - party government.

Thus, education was regarded as an important series to enhance the new political values in the minds of the adult generations.

This trend had already been rejected by most of the Educational institutions of Iraq including those of Qadissiyah which so opposed this policy that it was exposed to many administrative punishments.

These penalties might have been tortures and death sentences among the members of the teaching stuff.

It seems that the partial authority intended to cleansing the foundations of the independent academics and officials.

This one - party government did so through three steps:- First, the partial domination over the education via the philosiphy of the Ba'ath Party.

Second, exploiting the education midia to support the ruling institution.

Third, the denial of fundamental freedom of the students to choose their way of education and coerce them to join the political advocacy and the semi- military activities that were called vangurd forces or the bully.
