Abstract EN

This study is about Banu Al-Mudabbir in Iraq, Syria, and Egypt during the period mentioned in this research through the historical and literary sources, as well as, the writing of viziers and the writers which indeed showed an important role in this family during that period.

The fame of the members of this family is for two main reasons: First: the important professions and the close position that they had to the caliphs, furthermore, their strong administrative influence and the great political influence on the events Second: their literary fame which was very clear in their great poems headed by Ibrahim bin Mohammad bin Al-Mudabbir.

In the beginning, the research talked about the role of the father, Mohammad bin Obaidallah bin Al-Mudabbir, then his sons, Ahmed and Ibrahim, after him during their lives in Iraq, Syria, and Egypt.

After that this family had descendants.

However, they influenced at that time unlike the strong influence of the Al-Mudabbir's sons, Ahmed and Ibrahim.
