Steel is one of the main minerals that enters into many diverse industries, so this study came to shed light on the General Company for Steel Industries (Nasr and Al-Samoud General Company for Steel Industries), depending on a set of approaches, including the descriptive, analytical and systematic approach, through two main topics, dealing with The first topic, the study of the company’s location, and the factors that led to its settlement, while the second topic dealt with the evaluation of the industrial performance of the company by studying two main aspects, namely, the economic efficiency of the company by studying the added values of the company’s factories and the degree of manufacturing, while the other side dealt with the study of the percentage of exploitation The available resources within the company’s factories by studying the percentage of utilization of the design and available energy, and the productivity of the worker, and the study concluded by addressing the most important problems that the company suffers from.
