The research aims to highlight the story between the composition and significance of Sebawayh (d.180 AH) by identifying the news in language and idiom and the types of news and its sections through grammatical rules and what is the text of the book of Sibawayh (the book) in this research, and it deals with the multiplicity of the news of Sebawayh and grammarians, Explaining the factor in the news, what is the concept of the news among fundamentalists, rhetoricians and grammarians, the concept of the sentence and the syntactic and semantic component of Sebwayh, and how Sibawayh sat the grammatical and semantic news, and touched upon the omission of the news and Sibawayh’s opinion of it.
