The scholars - may God have mercy on them - have left a great and immortal wealth in various types of sciences and knowledge, especially the science of jurisprudence.

It is the collector of the interests of the religion and the world, and it fulfilled the demands of the nation in all the rulings and developments that were presented to it, so it matched its needs and kept pace with its requirements.

The reader of heritage books finds scientific valuables left to us by eminent scholars who spent their lives in the acquisition, education and dissemination of knowledge; Therefore, it was incumbent on the students of Islamic sciences to bring out this precious heritage with a serious scientific investigation, and we chose from among this heritage the realization of the book “Sharh Al-Naqaya - Brief Prevention” by Abdul Ali bin Muhammad bin Al-Hussein Al-Burgandi and submitted it to the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad to be Title of a doctoral thesis in Islamic jurisprudence entitled Study and Investigation "Explanation of Purification, Brief Prevention" by Abd al-Ali bin Muhammad bin al-Hussein al-Burgandi, a part that begins from the book of marriage to the end of the book "The End of the Book of Faith".
