Abstract EN

Al-Hafiz Ibn Abd al-Hadi is considered one of the prominent scholars who acquired many types of Sharia sciences and left important traces through useful works even though he was not yet forty years old.

It has become clear to me that the use of this phrase by Al-Hafiz Ibn Abd Al-Hadi is for absolute error, whether in relation to the ruling on the hadith, or the presence of a defect in the hadith, or that his ijtihad contradicted the ijtihad of another scholar in hearing a narrator from another narrator, so he comes with this phrase to indicate that he did not He agrees with the statement or ruling that the narrator stated, and that is evident when he transmits the words of the ruler by saying, for example, (on the condition of the two sheikhs) in which he says there is consideration and that the correctness is on the condition of one of them even though the hadith is authentic according to Al-Hakim and Ibn Abd al-Hadi.

The number of hadiths about which Ibn Abd al-Hadi said (in which there is a view) is fourteen, and some hadiths use this phrase more than once because of objections from Ibn Abd al-Hadi on more than one hadith.
