Abstract EN

In this research, I defined the jurisprudential regimes, explained what is meant by the rule of adversity bringing facilitation, and introduced Imam Ibn Baz.

Then, I indicated the importance of jurisprudential regimes and the importance of the rule of adversity bringing facilitation.

I also mentioned the evidence of the rule of adversity bringing facilitation and the subrules under the rule of adversity bringing facilitation.

Finally, I revealed the jurisprudential branches of the rule of adversity bringing facilitation to the jurisprudence of Imam Ibn Baz.
