This research aimed to study the impact of using flipped learning to develop geographical map reading skills among intermediate school pupils in Qassim.

This was done by identifying the geographical map reading skills in Qassim and measuring the impact of using flipped Learning for developing geographical map reading skills among intermediate school pupils in Qassim.

The research sample consisted of 60 pupils of the 3rd-grade middle school in Robaya bin Aktham elementary school in the province of Badai - Qassim educational area.

They were equally divided into two groups; experimental and control.

An independent sample t-test was used to measure the difference between the experimental and control groups.

A paired sample t-test was used to measure the difference between the pre and post-test and the Eta square to measure the impact size.

The findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post-test of geographical maps reading skills in favor of the post-application.

A statistically significant difference was found between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test of the geographical map reading skills test in favor of the experimental group.

They study’s participants have a positive impact of flipped learning in developing geographical map reading skills.
