Abstract EN

The current study seeks to identify voluntary work and its impact on economic development in the socialist economy as a field study.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire, and the researcher was keen to present the questionnaire to a group of experts to extract the logical validity of the paragraphs as well as to extract the stability, and after the researcher was satisfied with the questionnaire, it was applied to the research sample of (100) individuals and the study reached the following results: • The majority of the sample believes that voluntary work contributes to motivating others to participate positively in helping others and fulfilling their needs • The state has a real and essential role in developing voluntary work, which is ultimately reflected in economic development in various fields, especially with the presence of modern tools in influencing others, including social networking sites.

• The existence of successful models in employing voluntary work and using it in economic development is necessary in order to overcome the difficulties experienced by these models.

• The necessity of dividing the centers and institutions of voluntary work according to the cultural, social and economic fields in order to ultimately serve the directions of the state to reach economic development • The impact of voluntary work on achieving advanced levels of economic development needs time that may reach a decade, so things must be prepared clearly and explicitly for voluntary work institutions to achieve their goals.
