This research is entitled the relationship of the Sultan Ali Dinar with the Ottoman Caliphate State represented in (Turkey) from 1898 to 1916.The research deals with the relationship of the Islamic Fur Sultanate with the Ottoman Caliphate (Turkey) during the era of Sultan Ali Dinar from 1901 to 1916, where Darfur’s foreign relationship played an important and pivotal role with the Ottoman Caliphate.

The importance of the research lies in addressing the geographical location of Darfur, its demographics and its political impact on Darfur.

The Study aimed to shed light on political relations, the role of the Sultan Ali Dinar and his political alliance with the Ottoman Empire in that period, the participation of Darfur in the First World War (19141918-), and the attitudes of other countries towards the Ottoman Sultan, who was the Caliph of Muslims, as well as the study aimed To know the roads, commercial centers and the covering of the Kaaba that Sultan Ali Dinar was sending to Makkah Al-Mukarramah.To reach the historical facts and highlight the role of the Sultan Ali Dinar and his spiritual relationship with the Holy Land (Mecca - Medina - Jerusalem), the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical historical approach, where the Study has come up with several results, the most important of which are: During its long history, the Islamic Fur Sultanate enjoyed complete independence and equality with the surrounding Islamic forces, especially the Ottoman Caliphate.

The measures taken by the bilateral government had a major role in preventing direct communication between the Ottoman power and Fur Sultanate.

The Ottoman Caliphate was unable to help Sultan Ali Dinar and provide him with weapons and equipment he needed at the right time.

Darfur was historically, civilly and culturally distinct in its foreign relationships.

The Study recommends the following: The necessity of paying attention to Darfur’s social history and benefiting from this history in its foreign relations.

Establishment of cultural centers in Darfur to educate the community about the history of Darfur and the Ottoman Empire The need to pay attention to the foreign relations of Darfur, especially with the State of Turkey.
