Abstract EN

This study aimed to analyze the poems of the poet Al-Gosaibi in order to identify the sources of the lyrical image in his poetry collection, and to achieve some of the goals, such as: getting to know the poet, revealing the heritage that he left.

Following the descriptive approach based on analysis, the researcher reached several results, including: 1- Celestial sources form a rich source for the production of the artistic image in Al-Qusaibi's poetry 2- Use the dawn and the morning as a sign of optimism and pleasure.

3- According to Al-Gosaibi, the image is based on literary imagination or drawing with words, where the image was formed on the basis of figurative expression.

4- For Al-Gosaibi, nature is considered the source of the image.
