Abstract EN

This research focuses on the study of volunteer work and its various fields, the characteristics of volunteers, their motives and goals, and the impact that volunteer work has on its practitioners in Saudi society, and an attempt to identify the relationship between volunteer work and the promotion of moral values for its practitioners.

The study also aims to determine the extent of the actual impact of voluntary work in enhancing the moral values of its practitioners with its positive aspects in the community and to highlight the reasons for these effects and ways to enhance them in positive cases, as well as to identify and highlight the obstacles to voluntary work to try to propose solutions to overcome these obstacles to increase the dissemination of the culture of volunteer work because of their Public benefit on the social, religious and developmental level.

This is in addition to revealing the role of voluntary work in consolidating moral values in society and trying to find ways to spread the culture of voluntary work to increase this role in order to raise the morals of citizens in society in a manner commensurate with this lofty work that Islam urged, The study also deals with the impact of voluntary work on enhancing the moral values of Islam in a specific way, and whether there was a difference in the behavioral nature of individuals before and after practicing the work.
