The research aimed to identify the level of administrative empowerment and its relationship to the performance of workers in the Greater Karak municipality from the point of view of the workers themselves, and the descriptive analytical method was relied on, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, and the study sample consisted of (113).

The results showed that the level of overall empowerment dimensions was high, and that the area of delegation of authority was the highest compared to other areas.

The results also showed that the performance level of workers in the Greater Karak Municipality was average.

The results also showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the level of administrative empowerment in its dimensions and the performance of workers in the Greater Karak Municipality, and the highest correlation coefficient was between the dimension of teamwork and performance, and the lowest correlation coefficient was between the dimension of authority and performance.

Based on the results of the research, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to strengthen the municipalities' application of administrative empowerment by financially supporting the municipalities to help them continue to take empowerment as a strategy adopted by the municipalities in their administrations.

And that the municipalities adopt a unified reward system and within specific criteria to give workers rewards and incentives to encourage them to self-development.
