Abstract EN

The goal of this study was to discover the problems of distance education for students with learning disabilities in the context of the Corona pandemic, as seen through the perspective of their families in Jeddah.

To attain its goals, this study used the descriptive method, and it used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the target study sample, which consists of (101) families of learning- disabilities students in Jeddah, who were selected by simple random method in the year 1443-1442 AH.

The results showed that the challenges of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic for students with learning disabilities from the point of view of their families came at a high level with an arithmetic mean of (3.69) and a standard deviation of (0.59).

The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample members' estimates of the challenges of distance education in several dimensions due to variables such as academic qualification, economic status, and the number of family members at the level of statistical significance (0.05).

While the results showed that, there are statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (0.05) between the estimates of the study sample members due to the economic level variable and in favor of the medium economic level category.
