Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to develop a proposed scenario for developing the competencies and procedures of speech training teachers working in cochlear implant students' programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to international philosophies and practices for teaching cochlear implant students, and identifying the roles, tasks and responsibilities of speech training teachers in accordance with international standards and trends.

The research has come up with a proposed conceptualization for developing the competencies of training teachers and their procedures during the training sessions, identifying the obstacles and challenges facing the speech training teachers and developing some proposed solutions to overcome those challenges.
