The current research sought to develop the Linguistic Performance skills of non-native speakers of Arabic at the Intermediate level.

For this purpose, the researcher prepared a program based on Contrastive Syntactic Analysis.

A teacher's guide was also prepared for teaching the program, and a test to measure the Linguistic Performance skills of non-native speakers of Arabic.

The sample of the research reached the number of () students at the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching fornon native Speakers ( ALTCNS), and after carrying out the statistical treatments; The researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant difference in favor of the dimensional application to test the Linguistic Performance skills, and the researcher also concluded that the program based on Contrastive Syntactic Analysis is characterized by an effective rate of % 80.
