Abstract EN

The study aims to shed light on the scientific and religious councils of the towering Mamluk sultans in the period from (784- 923 AH / 13821517- AD).

Contributes to the definition of this period in a solid scientific manner.

The study followed the historical, descriptive, and analytical method in order to reach results, the most important of which are: The scientific and religious councils of the Mamluk sultans included a group of scholars, jurists, clerics and literature, the interest of some sultans The Mamluks are clear in jurisprudence, science and literature.

The councils of the Mamluk sultans were not collected in a comprehensive manner, except for the councils of Sultan al-Ghuri, where his councils were known as the councils of (Sultan al-Ghuri).
