Which created a state of Dis- Equilibrium between population growth rate and economic growth rate, evident from the inability of resources and services to fulfil population needs, and its negative impact on the quality of life (education, health, housing, poverty).

Because of the decline in employment opportunities, and standard of income and living, this poses a challenge to economic growth and social stability.

Which requires setting appropriate Socio - Economic development strategies to limit the exacerbation of these problems in the future.
