The present thesis examined the role of the Islamic banking in the mobilization and employment of recourse in Sudan.

the test period was between (1990- 2005).

social accountability was examined as primary parameter for functioning Islamic banks.

the basic Murabaha financial tool was tested and proved to a negative tool for profit of both customers and banks.

it also proved to affect resources utility.

in the analysis 24 banks data were utilized.

lea cart dual measurement was implementable in the analysis.

modern banking techniques contributed in attracting financial recourses by 94.7% of the total picked sample.

the researcher recommended using other financial tools than Murabaha.
