Abstract EN

This study was conducted by using the descriptive historical method to explain the reasons for failure of the civil and military political administrations in managing Sudan.

the political parties after independence lacked proper planning for the political, economic and cultural programs which are compatible together and failed to contain and address the divisions and differences in the country, and failed to achieve national unity, and all this because of the weakness of its leaders and their sharp conflicts among themselves within the same party or their struggles with other parties for influence and power, which contributed to creating and complicating the problem of power in Sudan as well as another aspect of the conflict between these parties and the army , which experienced the management of the country more than others but it relied on the totalitarian regime in its three experiences, so the people revolted against the three experiences and overthrew the military the military rule without enjoying stability from the democracy that followed.
