This research dealt with the impact of work stress on the performance of workers in the industrial sector as a case study on GIAD automotive company.

formulation of the research problem through the question: what is the impact of work stress on the efficiency of the performance of the employees of GIAD automotive company? statistical program methods (SPSS) ,the research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a weak and influencing positive correlation between work stress and the performance efficiency of employees in GIAD automotive company.

the research showed an increased interest in coordination between the various operations and departments and their integration, which shows the interest of GIAD automotive company in the efficiency of the performance of its employees.
