Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the impact of the organizational climate dimensions in supporting educational innovations.

The study population consisted of teachers of the basic stage in the Directorate of Education in Southern Hebron.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, by building a questionnaire applied to a sample of (100) male and female teachers.

The study found that the dimensions of the organizational climate in the basic schools in the Directorate of Education in Southern Hebron were moderate, and that the level of support for educational innovations by the principals of primary schools in the Directorate of Education in Southern Hebron was moderate.

It also found that the organizational climate dimensions have a statistically significant impact on the level of educational innovations.
