Abstract AR
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التأجير التمويلي في دعم و تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، و قد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استخدمت الاستبيان الذي تم تصميمه وفقا لأهداف و فرضيات الدراسة في جمع المعلومات، و قد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المؤسسات التي تقدم التأجير التمويلي، و تم اختيار عينة الدراسة و التي بلغت 110 من العاملين في المؤسسات التي تقدم التأجير التمويلي.
و قد استخدمت الدراسة البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية في تحليل البيانات المجمعة.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مبررات للجوء إلى التأجير التمويلي من قبل المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة كما توصلت إلى أن التأجير التمويلي يعمل على دعم و تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود بعض المعوقات تحد من استخدام التأجير التمويلي في الأردن لتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توسيع نطاق استخدام التأجير التمويلي في المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الأردن لما لهذا التمويل من أثر كبير على دعم المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و تنميتها، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل التأجير التمويلي كأداة تمويلية للمشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و زيادة عدد الجهات المتخصصة في التأجير التمويلي و تسهيل إجراءات التمويل بالنسبة للمشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة.
Abstract EN
The study aimed at investigating the financial leasing as an approach for supporting and development of small and medium enterprises in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The study used the descriptive analytical method.
A questionnaire was designed according to study objectives and hypotheses for information collection.
The study sample was selected randomly from institutions employees that provide financial leasing for small and medium projects.
The study sample consisted of 1110 employees.
Statically analysis were used to analyze the collected data.
The study revealed that there are justifications for resorting to financial leasing by small and medium enterprises.
It also revealed that finance lease support and develop small and medium enterprises.
The study also indicated that there are some obstacles that hinder the use of financial leasing in Jordan to finance small projects.
The study recommended the necessity of extending finance leasing to small and medium enterprises, increasing the number of specialized entities in financial leasing and facilitating financing procedures.
