Recommendations : 1- Holding seminars and lectures to familiarize faculty members and researchers with the rules of publishing in international journals.

2- Tougher penalties for scientific deviations such as scientific thefts.

3- Establishing controls for scientific publishing, and spreading the culture of scientific publishing based on ethics.

4- Consolidating the belief that the commitment to the ethics of publishing scientific research is the basic pillar for the progress of society, which raises the level of education at the university, and that publishing scientific research in international scientific journals raises the level of the faculty member, which in turn contributes to the advancement of the university as a whole.

5- Establishing regulations that obligate researchers to collect data in a way that does not allow their personal biases to influence their observations and to seek and accept the truth even if it contradicts his own opinions.

6- The necessity of setting legal standards that limit some researchers from transgressing the ethics of scientific publishing and applying them strictly when necessary
