Abstract EN

The current study aims to explore the differences in social networking site addiction and life satisfaction among recent female university graduates with and without meaning of life in Ajloun Governorate in Jordan.

The study sample consists of 182 recent female graduates from Ajloun Governorate.

The participants complete three scales: Social networking site addiction scale, meaning of life scale, and life satisfaction scale.

The results indicate that the level of social networking site addiction is significantly high among recent female university graduates without meaning of life, and the level of life satisfaction is significantly high among recent female university graduates with the meaning of life scale.

Furthermore, the study shows that the highest relative contributions of social media addiction impact in life satisfaction among recent female university graduates without meaning in life at the level of p<0.05 is withdrawal then mood adjustment.

تكونت العينة من (اأهداف الدرا�سة ا�ستخدم المنهج الو�سفي التنبوؤي، وثلاثة ولتحقيق مقايي�س هي: مقيا�س للاإدمان على مواقع التوا�سل الجتماعي، اأ�سارت نتائج ومقيا�س المعنى في الحياة، واآخر للر�سا عن الحياة.

اأن م�ستوى الإدمان على مواقع التوا�سل الجتماعي كان الدرا�سة اإلى ٍاأعلى ب�سكلل يوجد لديهن معنى في الحياة لدى الخريجات اللواتي مما هو لدى الخريجات اللواتي يوجد لديهن معنى في الحياة، واأن ٍّدالم�ستوى الر�سا عن الحياة لدى الخريجات اللواتي يوجد لديهن معنى ل يوجد مما هو لدى الخريجات اللواتي ٍّ دالٍاأعلى ب�سكلفي الحياة ا ً الإ�سهام الن�سبي الأعلى تاأثيرَّلديهن معنى في الحياة.

كما تبين اأنلأبعاد الإدمان على مواقع التوا�سل الجتماعي بالر�سا عن الحياة لدى الخريجات اللواتي ل يوجد لديهن معنى في الحياة عند م�ستوى َّعد تعديل المزاج، واأنُعد الن�سحاب، يليه بُ كان لب)p<0.05(الدللة ا لأبعاد الإدمان على مواقع التوا�سل ًالإ�سهام الن�سبي الأعلى تاأثيرالجتماعي بالر�سا عن الحياة لدى الخريجات اللواتي يوجد لديهن عد ال�شراع، ُ كان لب)p<0.05(معنى في الحياة عند م�ستوى الدللة اإر�سادية اأو برامج عد البروز.

وت�سمنت التو�سيات عقد ندوات ُيليه باإلى م�ساعدة خريجي الجامعات في حل م�سكلاتهم ووقائية تهدف وتزويدهم بالأ�ساليب التكيفية في التعامل مع �سغوط الحياة.
