Abstract EN

It is (a financial process through which different groups of society can be included, whether they are males or females, female members or business companies of the banking system, by providing various financial services easily and at a reasonable cost, and also by spreading bank branches in a manner that guarantees and facilitates access to them from before customers, which is reflected in their standard of living on the one hand, and on the economic system of the country on the other.

The current study aims to evaluate and analyze the experience of financial inclusion in Iraq in accordance with the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq in this regard, and the positive repercussions and effects of this experience in improving the nature of banking operations (loans and deposits) in the Iraqi banking system, and because of this of an effective and influential role in promoting and achieving development Economic and social in Iraq.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the financial inclusion index (access to financial services) was analyzed and evaluated, as well as (bank loans) in the Iraqi banking system for a period of time of (6) years that extended from (2014-2019) The study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which proved that there is a clear moral effect for most indicators of financial inclusion in bank loans in the Iraqi banking system.
