Abstract EN

This research dealt with an important topic in which the advantages of sharia are shown by showing the effect of benefits and evils on the different rulings in the section of sharia ethics.

and the statement of the effect of reasonableness and devotion in the rulings in the different rulings of legal ethics, and to stand on the legitimate applications related to the reasoning of the rulings and their impact on the legal ethics in worship, financial transactions and personal matters, and the research came out with several results, the most important of which are the explanation of the legal rulings has a profound impact on the morals, as it is inseparable from them, as the worshiper possesses the provisions with those legal morals, which indicates the integration of the sharia and that knowing the effects of the purposes on the legal ethics is a necessity for the scholars‘ diligence.
