Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the degree of e-management practice among principals of government school from their point of view in directorate of education of qweismeh brigade, and to know the different points of view according to the different variables (gender, scientific qualification, and years of service).

the descriptive survey research approach that is the most appropriate method for this type of studies has been used.

the study population consisted of 109 principals selected purposely.

in addition to this, it was used like the questionnaire which is a way to collect data, and the study sample reached (94) headmaster and headmistress.

one of the most important findings of the study was that the degree of e-management practice was medium, with an arithmetic average (3.47).

it showed that there were statistically significant differences according to gender in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant according to the variables of the (scientific qualification and years of service).

in light of the results, anumber of recommendations and proposals were presented including: motivating school principals and employees to continuous training and career development, keeping pace with various technological developments, refining their capabilities, developing their computer skills that contribute to business growth and the success of the educational process, and educating the principals about the importance of electronic management and its positive effects for the educational institution in line with the field data and needs.
