This study with the title: "The Role of pronoun referral in textual coherence in the Diwan of Muhammad Al-Thubaiti" the preamble is about textual cohesion and its elements.

as for the first topic : referral with the pronoun of the matter, in which i talked about the concept of referral, its divisions and elements, referring to the linguistic thought in the past, and the definition of the subject pronoun, its places and conditions.

in it, i talked about the poet Makhmad Al-Thubaiti, his upbringing, life and work, the reference points of the subject pronoun in the Diwan of the position of sand, the position of alliteration, and then the conclusion, which includes the results of the study, the most important of which are : Subject pronoun : it is an absent pronoun that comes at the beginning of the predicate sentence, indicating the intention of the speaker to exalt the listener.

Al-Thubaiti has a large collection of poetry, and the pronoun referral in it had a presence that contributed to the textual cohesion
