This article hlghlights the importance of the national initiative for human development since its launch with its programs in the urban and rural areas,and its three phases in trying to address the social dilemma of reducing poverty and social exclusion and promoting social policies that have a direct impact on citizens to remove the poorest from the situation of poverty and misery in which they live and empower them accordingly.to benefit from basic social serces such as education,health and employment.
