Qatar has been working for more than two decades to modernize its legal system in all fields, especially with regard to administration, in order to keep pace with the development taking place in this field at the international and re gional levels.

In this regard, Law No.

24 of 2015 regulating tenders and auctions and its executive regulations issued by Cabinet Resolution No.

22 of 2016 were issued in order to be in line with the state’s general policy and the ways it pursues for thesuccess of the economic development plan, upgrading the level of government performance and increasing the national product.

And what the conditions of the stage require from the concerted efforts of all the concerned authorities in the state to make the economic reform policies successful and the expansion of the volume of construction and commercial work to keep pace with the nature of the upcoming economic conditions.
