Abstract EN

The seizure of state funds and property is a subject that has great importance in administrative law.

Thus, this judicial means has a significant role in ensuring the enforcement of judicial decisions against the administration, especially in the case refrain administration execution of judicial sentences.

In this context, this article is discussing the problematic of seizure of state funds and property in light of the Article 9 of the Finance Law for the _year 2020, through the analysis of the new provisions and its specific legal changes which prevent seizure of state funds and property and based on the doctrinal and legal debate that accompanied this topic within the framework of administrative law and in the context of Moroccan jurisprudence.
