Being a structural issue, which takes root in the collapse of the relationship between them throughout the history of morocco,it was both established in all previous moroccan constitutions until the current constitution and structured within the framework of the national strategy to confront the idea of 'takfir' and terrorism-or what is referred to as the restructuring of the religious field in morocco.it has been stipulated in the constitutions that amendment of the constitution cannot include the alterring of texts related to islam and the royal institution for several reasons.

This is due to islam being deemed a paramount reference upon which the royal institution is founded,which is linked to the function of the commander of the faithful.

This institution functions based on the process of allegiance.

Morocco's monarchy and islam are considered one of the basic pillars on which the moroccan state was built and are linked by an interconnected relationship through the king's constitutional status as the commander of the faithful as well as his relationship with other constitutional institutions
