The Algerian legislator recently drew special attention to the category of children as a result of the serious development of forms of abuse, as well as some fundamental amendments he added to the penal code, which in 2015 passed a law on the protection of children, which contains special protection provisions both socially and legally, but the legislator provided for criminalization in relation to crimes that affect the dignity of the child as protection against material or moral neglect, leaving children, child abuse and others.

however, whether the child has committed the crime, or what is described as juvenile delinquency, particularly with regard to technology-related cybercrime that amounts to child suicide or various other crimes related to persons and funds such as murder and theft.
