The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between family security and the motivation for achievement of a sample of male and female students of the College of Education, Brak Alshati, and the disclosure of the level of both family security and the motivation for achievement, for that of members of research sample, and disclosing the statistically significant differences between male and female students in the level of security, and disclosing the statistically significant differences between male and female students in the level of motivation for achievement, the two researchers used a psychological security questionnaire prepared by the two researchers, motivation to achievement questionnaire prepared by Kamal Mustafa Othman 2013, the sample consisted of (80) male and female students who were selected by the stratified random sampling method, the results resulted in: the level of family security, so students of the college of education in Brak al-Shati are average, the level of motivation to achieve high was high, so students of the college of education students of Brak al-Shati, there are statistically significant differences between male and female students in the level of family security, and in favor of females, there are statistically significant differences between male and female students in the level of motivation for achievement, and in favor of males.
