Judicial control over the territorial communities has witnessed an important development at the level of legal and regulatory texts in the direction of providing the appropriate conditions for achieving local governance in the management of the territorial councils in the horizon of the success of the advanced regionalization workshops.

The territorial collectivities implement the principle of control, as a legal mechanism that must be activated and circulated to the various state structures, institutions, official bodies and elected structures, as the work of the territorial councils must necessarily be subjected to specific control by virtue of the law in accordance with a set of procedures specified by the latter.
