The Corona pandemic has reinforced this general tendency of the state, and the latter has established itself as the only body capable of protecting citizens from the repercussions of this crisis.

In line with this new trend in the roles of the state, Morocco has worked by adopting a new development model, which has made the generalization of social protection to vulnerable groups one of the most important strategic axes.
