The aim of the study is to demonstrate how the legislator has dealt with enterprises that have financial difficulties during the period of health emergencies in order to keep pace with global developments in the field of trade and business so as to preserve the interests of enterprises in order to ensure the continuity of their activities.

The Government of Morocco has not taken any measures to deal with the difficulties encountered by enterprises, such as its French counterpart.

It has only issued a number of documents.

Article 6 of the decree is sufficient to resolve all these problems.
