Abstract EN

Violence committed during or on the occasion of sporting events has become one of the most dangerous phenomena that threaten the security of individuals and institutions, due to the aggressive behavior of fans in particular.

On this basis, this study focused on trying to identify the nature of this phenomenon and its causes, as well as trying to reveal the mechanisms created by Moroccan and comparative legislation in order to address this phenomenon, as well as revealing the non-legislative mechanisms through which this phenomenon can be curbed and addressed.

This study concluded that it is necessary to adopt a holistic approach in dealing with the phenomenon of sports violence, and not be limited to the legal approach alone.
