Abstract EN

Aims of the study : The study aimed to identify the prevailing leadership styles among managers at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, the degree of accountability among managers at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, and the extent to which there is a relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the prevailing leadership styles among managers at King Faisal Specialist Hospital.

In Riyadh and between the degree of accountability they have or not.

The Methodology : The researcher used the descriptive correlative method.

Tools of the study: questionnaire.

The population of the study : The study population consisted of managers at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and the sample was 48 managers.

The most important results of the study: 1.

Approval of the "Democratic Style" came in first place, with a mean of (3.85), with a corresponding degree of directors at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and the sample amounted to 48 directors.

It turned out that the response of the study members to the application of accountability came with a degree of (agree) in general, as the general average of their approval was (3.88 out of 5.00).

It was found that there is a direct (positive) relationship with a statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the prevailing leadership styles among the principals in King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh as a whole and the degree of accountability among the principals in King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh
