In This article, I talked about pré-trial detention and two approaches to It.

The first Is the comparative approach, through which I weigh two views of pre-trial detention.

In the first case, I talked about how pre-trial detention is an issue that erodes the state’s finances and impedes the development of the economic structure.

In the second issue, it focused on the alternatives and their role in reform and discipline, given its public benefit at all levels, whether economic, social or legal.

As for the second approach, it requires the judge to take an .1 investigative role, almost like that of an archaeologist whose main objective is to uncover the starting point and ending point of the alleged criminal activity.

After that, I tried to employ some alternative approaches whose main goal is to transcend traditional customs and a history of modern criminal justice, while aspiring towards humane approaches rather than punitive ones.

These alternatives are nothing but a step for fringe and reform and at the same time a step towards building a national economy that places it among its priorities before addressing the arrest procedure.

In that sense, pre-trial detention may only be resorted to in exceptional cases, including flagrant delinquency, confession of a crime, the inability to resort to the conciliation procedure, or when the accused holds a prior criminal record.” All of these conditions are nothing but a ground and an entry point for building a national economy.

The aim is to form coherent links between "legal, economic, and social" structures.
