The study focused on exploring the competence level of (female) directors of ECE schools to perform their leadership roles and confront its challenges as viewed by the (female) teachers in Ihsaa Province.
The (female) researchers used the analytical descriptive method and surveys as tools for their research.
The study society comprised all the ECE schools in Ihsaa that was 24 schools with 24 (females) directorsand 228 (female) teachers of which a random specimen of 112 (female) The study focused on exploring the competence level of (female) directors of ECE schools to perform their leadership roles and confront its challenges as viewed by the (female) teachers in Ihsaa Province.
