Abstract EN

The problem of the study what is the role of contemporary methods of cost in measuring and determining the cost of banking services.

The study aimed to identify contemporary methods of cost and their impact on measuring the cost of banking services.

The study assumed a statistically significant relationship between contemporary methods of costing and measuring and determining the cost of banking services.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach with the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection by using Stephen Thumbethon's equation to determine the sample size of (150) individuals from the totaltargeted population of 250.

The study concluded that contemporary methods of cost help in determining the cost of products for banking services accurately and objectively It also has a supervisory role over the allocation of banking services costs.

The study recommended the application of contemporary methods of cost in measuring the cost of banking services.
