Research Title: Sources of Reception and Inference with Sufists.

Prepared by: Amal Abdul-Aziz Al-Dhufairi, a researcher of master's at Umm Al-Qura University.

In it she dealt with the most important sources of reception and inference with Sufism and what branches it has, and the deviation and misguidance it contains, which made it away from the truth.

This study stated the multiplicity and diversity of internal sources according to the stages of Sufisms development and emergence.

This research viewed the difference between the sects of Sufism in explaining their sources through which Sufi thought developed until it reached what It is today.

She presented this topic in an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

The first topic is the intuitive (ladaunni) knowledge and its importance in Sufism.

This section contains definition of intuitive (ladaunni) knowledge and the means of reaching it such as supplication, seeing Allah in this world, reception from Him without an intermediary, seeing the Prophet PBUH while awake, meeting with him after his death, inspiration, whispers, visions, dreams and other means.

The second topic: Dhawq (Tasting), which includes: Definition of tasting and its importance in the Sufi thought.

The third topic: Wajd (passionate love and ecstasy), which includes: Definition of passionate love and ecstasy and viewing its status in Sufism.

The conclusion contains the most important results, including: - Sufism is not bound by the Quran and the sound Sunnah as sources of reception and inference.

- Diversity of sources of reception and inference in Sufism according to whims and persons.

- Intuitive (Ladunni) knowledge is the basis of Sufi knowledge and inference, even if the means of acquiring it differ.

It is a fertile breeding ground for the dissemination of Sufi superstitions, and the inventions of their Karamat (miracles).
