The study aimed to identify the kinship system in the urban community of Beit Hanoun, and several approaches were relied upon to achieve the objectives of the study, including the case study method, and the anthropological approach with its tools observed by participation and interview, and relying on the interview evidence to collect data from (15) cases with the intent of male notables in their extended kinship families, and females with knowledge of customs and traditions, The study added that the community of Beit Hanoun is a family society governed by customary laws that guarantee the survival of the kinship family.

Therefore, kinship nervousness spread among them on layers appropriate to the group to which one of them belongs, as he is in his family intolerant of his family to all other families, and the branch from which he is from all branches ,And his kinship family over other families, and the study also added, on the side of the blood bond, the kinship bond by intermarriage that brings together families through marriage, which has an impact on the structure of kinship and social relations in society.
