This study deals with the study of the saying of God Almighty: (And give the women -on marriage- their dower as a free gift) (surat alnisa' 4) to find out what the noble verse included, which includes protection from disputes related to dowry.

Those who eat up the rights of women and dominate them because of their weakness, as the study revealed the preventive ways that prevent conflicts, and these methods are represented in giving the dowry and obligating the man to pay it, explaining the form of that payment and also showing the woman’s entitlement to it and his entry into her property and specialization in it.
